We sometimes have a selection of Papel Picado which we class as slight seconds or small quantities of discontinued designs. Typically this would mean that the stitching on one or two of the sheets is a little messy or the plastic has snagged and torn slightly. The damage is purely cosmetic and does not affect how the papel picado hang.
We offer these sets at 50% discount on normal prices. If you are on a tight budget for an event this can be a great way of getting a lot of coverage for minimum price.
